One of the pipes of the heat tank started to leak on Saturday afternoon... I called 2 plumbers and explained the issue - Both said it is not an easy fix and we have to come (Sunday - the earliest) with min charge of 250$ . I called Mo and he explained to me how to fix it in 1 min without charging me a penny.
In another occasion, a valve was leaking and he walked me over the process (over the phone) about how to fix it myself (at no charge again). He is very trustworthy and honest and not that type of people that will charge you a lot for a simple job while when you can do it yourself.
I absolutely recommend him.

I had a leak from an old faucet that was affecting my condo building complex. Mo came quickly the next day and worked extreme hard and diligent to remove all the debris inside the pipe, replaced the cartridge and faucet. He did such an excellent job that I had to ask him to remodel my shower next.

Mo was truly excellent. I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot and 3 weeks later no dishwasher and 3 canceled installation appointments. Mo picked up the dishwasher and installed it the next day. The tenants were very happy. Mo also removed and installed a new grease trap in my building. He pulled permits and called in inspections and professionally handled the job from start to finish. I will forever use Mo and Motion Plumbing & Heating for all of my plumbing and heating needs.
